Delivery:
Orders are processed and sent for delivery within 21 days from the date of order.
Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order.
Returns:
Every product purchased is checked for quality before shipping, and backed by our 15-day money-back guarantee for extra peace of mind. So, if you decide you would prefer a different colour, size or a refund, just return it to us in the condition it arrived in, unworn, folded properly, and in a re-saleable and perfect condition, within 15 days of receipt. The postage and packaging however, will not be refunded. Please note that if the returned product is not folded neatly into the bag it will not be refunded.
After we have received the Goods, we will exchange, or credit your card with the purchase price of the goods, minus the cost of postage and packaging, if returned no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. Postage fees will be charged again for exchanges.
